2026 Theme: Going Deeper — Beyond the Surface

Last year, our theme was “All In, All Out 2025.” It was a year that challenged us to truly surrender—to stop being halfway and fully commit to what God was calling us to do.
But as we tried to live “all in,” we began to realize something:being all in requires going deeper.
It required us to let go of what we were used to.It required us to move beyond what was comfortable.It required us to go beyond the surface.
Following God isn’t always easy. Sometimes it feels like jumping into water where you can’t fully see what’s ahead. You know God is calling you, but you don’t know exactly how it’s going to work out. And for many of us, that jump costs something. It costs comfort. It costs security. It costs familiarity.
But faith is moving forward anyway—by faith and not by sight.
As Scripture reminds us:
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7
As we’ve grown, we’ve also learned that going deeper isn’t just spiritual—it’s mental and emotional too. In order to go deeper, some things have to be left at the surface. Some baggage has to be laid down. Some wounds have to be healed. Some mindsets have to be renewed.
God doesn’t just want to heal us physically.He wants to heal us spiritually.He wants to heal us emotionally.He wants to heal us mentally.
The Bible tells us:
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3
There is an unraveling process that happens when you choose to go deeper. Faith is not just something you talk about—it’s something you live out. It requires action, not just on the outside, but on the inside. And everyone’s process looks different.
That’s why Scripture says:
“Faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.” — James 2:17
That’s why the question for 2026 is simple, but deep:
What does going deeper mean for you?
For some, it means mental healing.For others, it means breakthrough.For some, it means physical healing.For others, it means greater surrender and trust.
Going deeper means choosing obedience over comfort.It means trusting God more.It means surrendering more.
Jesus reminds us:
“If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.” — Luke 9:23
It means living by the Word, not by the world.
As Romans 12:2 says:
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
Going deeper is not just touching the surface.It is going beyond the surface.
Scripture paints this picture beautifully:
“Deep calls to deep at the noise of Your waterfalls.” — Psalm 42:7
And in Ezekiel’s vision:
“He led me through the water that was ankle-deep… knee-deep… waist-deep… until it became water to swim in.” — Ezekiel 47:3–5
When you think about the ocean, the deeper you go, the more you realize there is so much more beneath what you first see. In the deep, in the midst, in the unknown—that’s often where we find what we’ve really been searching for.
Many of us feel like there is “more” out there.And most of the time, that “more” is found by going deeper with God.
Jesus said it this way:
“Launch out into the deep and let down your nets.” — Luke 5:4
This isn’t a one-time decision.It’s a daily choice.
Just like Scripture calls us to die to ourselves daily, going deeper is a daily walk.
“I die daily.” — 1 Corinthians 15:31
“His mercies are new every morning.” — Lamentations 3:23
It’s a reminder of the cost of faith. A reminder to reflect, reset, and rebuild. A reminder to let God restore what’s broken and heal what’s hurting.
We can’t do the real work on our own.
As Philippians 1:6 reminds us:
“He who has begun a good work in you will complete it.”
We have to move in faith so that God can do the work in us.
So as we step into 2026, our theme is:
Going Deeper — Beyond the Surface
This year is about more than growth.It’s about transformation.It’s about healing.It’s about surrender.It’s about obedience.It’s about trust.
And most of all, it’s about answering God’s call—every single day.
Just like Isaiah said:
“Here am I. Send me!” — Isaiah 6:8
